MODO was born in 1998, as a consultancy company in the Retail sector, with a strong digital vocation. Over the years, the current divisions have been defined: E-LEARNING and OMNICHANNEL & CLIENTELING. For over 10 years, the E-LEARNING division has been designing training courses focusing on the end user. We believe that the real change driver in the company is the people, to whom we want to offer relevant, innovative and personalized training experiences. What do we do? We are by your side defining e-learning strategies, starting from the training and business objectives We provide tailor-made projects created by our production unit and ready-to-use OTS content catalogs thanks to the partnership with Thrive We research and implement the most suitable delivery platforms for your training, including the LXP platform of our partner Thrive which makes the learning experience unique and innovative. The purpose of the OMNICHANNEL & CLIENTELING division, in the retail sector, is to guarantee a unique brand experience and respond to the needs of new consumers who are increasingly informed about products and with high expectations. What do we do? We represent Tulip exclusively and we take care of the implementation of its projects in Europe. Tulip offers services that help retailers in activities like: communication with customers, product research, information management and payment in order to modernize and make the relationship with the customer unique in each sales channel.
