We measure the quality of our services by our excellent clinical outcomes, consistent patient satisfaction and the value our services add to their lives. We have distinguished ourself by being the 1st hospital in Africa to achieve a level 5 SafeCare rating in 2016. This feat was repeated in 2020 following a re-accreditation exercise.
