We are four sisters born and raised in Southern California. We founded Sisterhood for Equity consulting, where we offer a range of services for K-20 educators, school districts, and nonprofits. We have over 80 years of combined experience in K-12 and higher education focusing on equity issues. We bring experiences from teaching and research in early childhood education, elementary, middle-school, high school, post-secondary, community college, and private and public university settings. Our work spans across numerous states from the east coast to the west coast and includes international educational settings. Our team holds advanced degrees in education, law, and policy.
