Established in 1964, Barossa Village is a community owned not-for-profit organisation, offering independent retirement living units, assisted living, in-home care services, residential and respite care and community connection, enabling older people to live their best life in older age. Barossa Village has a number of independent living clusters nestled in the highly sought after townships of Nuriootpa, Tanunda and Angaston within the world-renown Barossa wine region. As a community led, not-for-profit organisation we are proud of our community facilities which provide integral community connections for socialisation and wellness including the Arthur and Gladys Reusch Community Centre, the Joy Rice Community Centre, Tinkers Shed and the recently opened Mary Plush Allied Health Centre and hydrotherapy pool.
