Arkansas has over 400 authorized recycling centers statewide that turn an estimated 3.4 million tons of paper, plastic, aluminum, etc. into re-usable products annually…and only one food rescue organization that turns over 2,255 tons of excess, un-served food into more than 5.5 million meals for hungry Arkansans. Our Mission: Potluck Food Rescue is devoted to providing hunger relief while reducing food waste with a commitment to addressing the health, environmental, and economic impacts that wasted food has on our community. Through strategic partnerships, Potluck Food Rescue has been and will continue to be a leader in food rescue, procurement, redistribution, and education to meet the nutritional and environmental needs of communities.
