The mission of the Putnam City Schools Foundation is to enhance and enrich the educational opportunities of children and families in Putnam City Schools. Established in 1987, we are a 501(c)(3) charitable organization managed by a board of trustees which is comprised of involved patrons in the district, two full-time staff members, and three part-time staff members. We carry out our mission through three Key Initiatives: • Student Success – Ensuring students have the resources they need to succeed in school and beyond. • Teacher Excellence – Supporting teachers through recognition, professional development, and advocacy. • Community Engagement – Fostering community involvement for the success of our students and schools.
