The purpose of this page is to advertise the Group Strength & Conditioning Classes, I offer at the YMCA of Saskatoon. These classes run every Monday 7-8pm and Friday 530-630pm, and emphasize core strength, conditioning and endurance, and teamwork. Classes can accommodate 8-24 people, and will focus on circuit training (stations), while providing an inspiring environment for people to meet, connect, and train together! Cost is only $11 for everyone (no need to be a member), and the classes are a drop-in style, so there's no prior commitment or payment needed. Simply visit the YMCA of Saskatoon, sign in and pay at front desk, and jump in! Since the $11 is technically a "day pass", you will gain access to all other amenities too (pool, gym, change rooms, etc). For more information, feel free to email me, or visit the YMCA in person.
