Due to the fact that businesses have to hire more and more external employees because of their expertise, they need a strategic reward system for external employees that addresses these four areas: compensation, benefits, recognition and appreciation. In many businesses employee reward systems exist, but are not appropriate for external employees. Since we are one of these businesses utilizing a good amount of external employees we developed a loyalty program for external employees and are offering it as a service to our clients.
