How we got started: Our Founder, Caitlin McKenzie, wanted to find a career that would allow her more flexibility for her family. Prior to becoming a Virtual Assistant, Caitlin spent time working in the Pentagon as an Executive Assistant supporting the Department of Defense. During that time she supported the Principal Deputy, and her team of high-level government officials, in the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense, Systems Engineering. The skills Caitlin acquired in that role provided an excellent foundation for building her own company and have been invaluable during her career as a Virtual Assistant and business owner. Our team members are all based in the USA, have a college education, and have been selected to ensure a wide array of capabilities.
