We started MoneyCoach for one simple reason: our fellow students and young professionals do not know how to manage their finances. As they age, young people are increasingly required to handle a whole range of financial products, but at no point are they ever taught the skills they need to manage them. That’s why we created MoneyCoach. MoneyCoach is a completely free website that makes it fun and easy for anyone to get a great financial education. We use an animated video-based curriculum to engagingly cover a wide variety of personal finance topics. These videos are paired with practical financial solutions in the form of personalized product recommendations. Our hope is that MoneyCoach can start to address the endemic problem of financial illiteracy.
