George Eric Findlay BSc LLB C Eng, MICE MIMechE MCIWEM MWISA Global RBC expert Eric Findlay was Severn Trent Water’s principal engineer responsible for the development of their RBC programme. He also had responsibilty for delivering a major part of Severn Trent Water Ltd's Multi -Million Pound Budget . He was responsible for the Cranfield Initiative looking at the Mechanical Integrity of RBCs for which he was awarded a visiting chair. The adoption of Combined Reed Beds enabled RBC and Reed Bed Process to treat all flows to a crystal clear standard, which is unique. More recently he was RBC Manager at Copa Ltd and now undertakes short term work consultancy services within the Water Industry at home and abroad through Sewage and RBC SolutionsLtd.
