Coaching provides the access to effectiveness, fulfilment and well-being irrespective of circumstances. I know because for most of my life I have been in denial about my physical disability. Not like it didn't impact me in many ways, it was more that it occurred as a problem to be dealt with or overcome rather than owning it as part of who I am. These days I am still working on it and distinguish now that my Disability is my Mighty Ability. It has been a life of awareness, opening and discovering my true self and that experience in the many challenges in life works well in delivering well-being and effectiveness coaching to my clients. The people I work with include leaders, with a specific focus in Disability, and their communities.
