Bolt Markets Limited ("Bolt") underwent a change of ownership and management in early 2022 and is now Blue Horizon Asset Management Limited. The historical Bolt business model was brokering exotic equity derivative and structured products. Following the acquisition and change of ownership, the business infrastructure has expanded into asset management and investment activities into a wide range of asset classes including private equity, growth equity, distressed securities, real estate, fixed income and commodities.
