TeachersHelpTeachers is an online community of educators to provide support, tools and up skilling opportunities to educators across India . The main aim of THT is to increase teacher productivity by helping them with teacher certified curated content/ courses to teach better in the classroom and thus become better teachers . TeachersHelpTeachers has received a mention by none other than the C.O.O of Facebook Sheryl Sandberg herself for building an effective community of educators . The Facebook group started way back in 2015 with mere 200 members has grown and now has more than 12,000 educators across the country who collaborate and share ideas and beat practices . THT under its banner carries out various initiatives to empower educators and honour them for what they do . EduStar Awards a Pan India social initiative of THT is held annually in Mumbai to felicitate 25 teacher warriors who despite various challenges are creating wonders in their classroom . THT aims to build a strong Platform for educators to connect and grow along with providing services to schools .
