At the core of NewDay Coaching is a recognition that returning to work after an absence is hard. If that absence has been because of mental health issues then just thinking about returning to the workplace can reignite feelings of stress and anxiety. I founded NewDay Coaching because I wanted to provide the sort of support I would have loved when I returned to work after mental illness.
