Founded by Thomas Kastner the services are customer oriented. Starting with the development of the strategy, the work-out of a concrete implementation plan and afterwards also with the active support of the implementation, accompanied by MC-Kastner in your success story. Since February 2014 Mr. Kastner also acts as Senior Advisor for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. As from as 1st of September 2017 Prof. Dr.Ing. habil. Walter Konhäuser joined the team as Associated Partner.
