Although based in the South West and South East of England, Colmer Ecology operates throughout the United Kingdom and abroad. Being independent, we are able to provide cost effective advice and knowledge in all areas of ecological survey, mitigation, habitat management and enhancement, ecological restoration and environmental impact assessment. We carry out habitat and protected species surveys on bats, badgers, birds, dormice, great crested newt, otter, reptiles, white-clawed crayfish, and water voles on behalf of our clients. We are also able to rely on a network of sub consultants and associates who deal in more specialist areas of ecological assessment such as terrestrial and aquatic invertebrates, and the marine environment.
