We aim to offer Support Coordination with a difference. That means, promoting the independence and autonomy for clients and protecting the rights of those experiencing vulnerability through disability. Our service is available to everyone who is approved for support coordination category and we ensure all people are given opportunity to access and participate fully in programs and services to achieve equitable outcomes. We don’t treat all people the same as this would not necessarily lead to equity in access or results.
