Once upon a time, a farmer named Frank Mullen began delivering the very best butter, milk and cream to the people of Watertown, WI. People from all around said Frank’s products were “the very best to be had.” While the days of home milk delivery have slowly become a thing of the past, Frank Mullen’s legacy lives on in every bite of our delicious homemade ice cream. Now celebrating our 8th decade in business, Mullen’s Dairy Bar is dedicated to making ice cream the old fashioned way.
