This involves giving legal advice on difficult employees, TUPE, redundancy & restructuring programmes, executive severance, internal disciplinaries & grievances and Employment Tribunal litigation. He has also represented his clients in the High Court in relation to business protection and restraint of trade. Simon provides practical advice to support his clients with day to day employment law matters. The purpose of the advice is to achieve the client's objectives in a cost effective way. It is directed at HR Managers, boards, Finance Directors, Managing Directors, individuals and business owners. Collingridge Employment Law is not a law firm and so only specialises in employment law.
