Shimadzu Software Development Canada (SSDC) is a Quebec incorporated company that specializes in the development of medical radiology system control software and medical images processing and display software. SSDC was founded in 2007 and is a subsidiary of Shimadzu Corporation a Japanese company dedicated to the improvement of the human condition through science since 1875. Although the company was created in 2007, SSDC's experience dates back to 1993 when the core products were developed.
