ENGINEERING:   TOSMAC Engineering Section design team works closely with Consulting & Design Engineering custom-design towers in accordance to the international standard specification TIA/EIA-222-F and based on client requirement.   TOSMAC experienced structural/tower engineers design and model Towers using Guymast Software based on the following design criteria:   Tower Antenna Loading (i.e. 39m/s (140km/hr equivalent to 160km/hr gusted). Basic Operational Wind Speed (i.e. 28m/s – 100km/hr. Allowable Tower Top Tilt and Twist.    Completed Tower design along with the Tower profile has been forwarded to Consulting & Design Engineering for quick check and review prior to preparation of cost estimate for price quotation for the non-standard generic design Towers. Approved Tower design profiles or any steel structure required for fabrication are forwarded to Detailers for the preparation of fabrication, erection and presentation drawings. Structural modeling is performed using Tekla Structures (Xsteel) Software; a 3-Dimensional Structural modeling program that has automatic generation of CNC files that can be exported to the CNC operated machines for quick execution and production. X-Steel can also automatically generate multiple drawings both for production, presentation of drawing submission for approval.
