Serco's work capabilities include mass/structural excavation; structural & architectural concrete; and storm sewer/utility construction. Project experience includes building foundations, structures, hardscapes, retaining walls, parking lots, drainage structures and grading. Our mission is to provide high quality, value-added, MBE and HUB construction services for the civil and commercial construction industry.
