www.ceac-arbitration.comBuilding Bridges - Backing Business Established in 2008, CEAC offers institutional abritration tailor-made to the needs of China-related trade. CEAC provides a fair, efficient, confidential and reliable private dispute resolution service in a neutral forum and at a reasonable rate. In 2012 CEAC received 7 cases with a total volume in dispute of 55 million euro (this correlates to ca. 470.000.000 RMB or 75.000.000 USD). Three of these cases have been finished within six months by withdrawal of the claim (e.g. in light of payment following the filing of the arbitration claim). The CEAC Hamburg Arbitration Rules translate the well known UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules (2010) to institutional arbitration. With unique features they do not only secure recognition and enforcement of CEAC Awards internationally but particular in China. CEAC closely collaborates with the Beijing-Hamburg Conciliation Centre in order to offer a modern set of alternative dispute resolution processes including conciliation and mediation.
