We acquire cash flowing value-add multifamily apartments in stable but emerging markets primarily located in the Southeastern United States. We partner with seasoned apartment syndication teams and leverage their knowledge and experience to increase returns and decrease risk for our investors. Our goal is to build a community of well educated passive investors who understand and appreciate the value of multifamily real estate investments, but may not have the time, resources, or experience to pursue an active investing role.
