Womanity Play is a consulting and coaching practice using play to help individuals and organizations create new possibilities of human development. Our practice is attentive to working and playing with gender and beyond gender. The way that Womanity approaches human and cultural growth is through play. Why play? Because the conversations we already know how to do around bias, inclusion , gender roles, wellness, growth… are pretty tightly scripted. And we become stuck in these same conversations! For us to create new kinds of conversations and relationships, we need new tools. In our programs, we use the tools of coaching, social therapeutics and applied improvisation to create collaborative, inclusive and developmental environments for emotional, professional and cultural growth. We offer our services to both individuals and groups, with a specific focus on identity and inclusion.— you can join a program or “grow a la carte” with what’s right for you based on where you are in your journey. Aurelie Harp is a certified coach from Certified Life Coach Institute and certified in Social therapeutics from the East Side Institute. She interviewed and coached hundreds of individuals and organizations and leads coaching groups for women and LGBTQ+. She believes play and improvisation can help us transform our culture and create new possibilities for human development.
