The company is owned by Ken Battye who has been working in the education sector for over forty eight years Twenty seven of these years have been as a head in three challenging UK primary schools and two large international British Curriculum schools. He is now working with headteachers to provide the support needed for their complex and demanding role. He also assists and provides advice and training for governing /trustee school boards in the UK and internationally so they are effective in their work and relationships with their school senior leadership teams
