We think about the city of tomorrow and, in doing so, make urban master plans and feasibility studies for sites that require renewal. Our sensitivity to context, history, art, nature, integral sustainability, valuable heritage and bold innovation is central to this. Dealing with higher forms of complexity is deeply rooted in our DNA and drives us to look beyond the obvious. Our outspoken talent lies in providing very clear answers to particularly complex questions. We see logistics and technical processes as rewarding preconditions that often very explicitly provide the architecture that follows. Dhooge & Meganck Architecture has been around for more than twenty years. As humans, we grew up in the analog era and grew up in the digital. This gives us a healthy dose of sober rebellion that continues to renew us. Our office is located under the three towers in the center of Ghent, the ideal base for thinking about the city of tomorrow. We are equipped with all modern technological comfort. Our highly valued team consists of about ten people, led by David and Saar, the two directors with more than twenty years' experience each, two senior project managers each with more than fifteen years' experience, supplemented by a number of architects, engineer-architects and trainees.
