Human Art Founder, CCO and Principal Consultant Leesa Tongoulidis always envisioned a day when she would be able to combine her creative passions and her extensive corporate career in talent, leadership, sales, HR, and managing complex change projects. Seven years ago, she established her own Coaching and Consulting Business with a focus on creating learning experiences that would help bring about deep, positive change for individuals, leaders and their teams. Her purpose is to give people the skills, support and confidence they need to thrive in times of uncertainty. She believes that uncertainty is where true creativity actually begins. Leesa has worked with hundreds of individuals from school leavers to C-Suite Executives helping them reimagine their career and elevate their leadership skills. She has led a diverse range of successful organisational change programs that have helped to shape new ways of working, improve employee engagement and team performance across many sectors. With over 30 years in the field, she has become deeply attuned to the vast range of interplay between human behaviour, commercial and cultural realities that underpin success. Her curiosity and life-long love of learning has helped her to develop cutting edge solutions that leverage the latest in design thinking, neuroscience, and heart-based leadership. Leesa's corporate career includes many top 20 ASX and multi-nationals across IT, Financial Services, Utilities, Government, Consulting, Managed Services, Recruitment, Education, Health and the Telecommunications sectors. Leesa is a positive agent of change and a strong advocate for mental health and wellbeing. Through her own lived experiences, she is able to bring a trauma informed lens to her clients and her work and is often sought out as a subject matter expert in this space. She is actively involved in shaping the future of work and well-being through public speaking events, writing, volunteering, and mentoring.
