As a multi-disciplined organisation directly employing 130 personnel within the Group, we provide a complete service managed by a team of elite professionals currently recycling 98% of all waste and demolition materials at our Cardiff base which boasts some of the most hi-tech, up to date recycling equipment that the industry has to offer. Incorporated in 2000, Cardiff Demolition has undertaken projects with values ranging from £5,000 to £2.5 million across the southern regions of the UK, assisting clients from planning through to recycling. Our schemes have provided challenges such as inner city constraints, public interfaces, discrete demolition, high security locations, fast track programmes, listed buildings and protection of artefacts, façade retention, fire damaged premises, removal of contaminated/hazardous materials, occupied buildings, noise restricted areas and high rise structures. All site supervisors are fully SMSTS trained with the 100% of our workforce holding CSCS cards. Our direct employed workforce and supporting management team ensure that works are undertaken within the required timescales with client budget been constantly monitored. As a Group we have a total of 26 demolition machines (excavators, back actors, high reach excavators etc), ably supported by a 45 strong transport fleet along with mobile crushing units, all of which are meticulously maintained by our in house maintenance team to ensure reliability to our operations.
