Mental health and Addiction is often stigmatized against, so with my passion in serving in the mental health and addiction community, Place of Grace Counseling was created. Our focus is to heal, recover and grow in Grace with you. With dedication, I will assist you in walking through and around obstacles of life. I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual and so my aim is to use evidence-based and or researched based-therapy as tools to build self-esteem, self-love, self-care, self worth, and healing from the scars of life. This will be done in a safe and empathetic space. To achieve a healthier version of you I will integrate a range of therapeutic intervention, but not limited to, psychoeducation, CBT, MET, IPT, EMDR, solution focused and behavior therapy as well as assisting you in developing realistic goals for your future.
