The Digital, Data, and Design Institute at Harvard (re)invents how organizations compete and thrive in the digital world and educates a new generation of leaders. D^3 (pronounced D-cubed) will provide a new architecture for rigorous research, immersive learning, and cutting-edge practice by embracing close partnerships and collaborations with leaders and organizations impacted by digital transformation. Critically, the Institute will house both technical research in data science and machine learning alongside research examining broader business implications, allowing faculty in disparate disciplines to unite around common interests. D^3 will be based at Harvard Business School, but seeks to engage and benefit all of Harvard. D^3 will enable companies to be more competitive in the age of AI and generate new organizations. .
