The team is currently composed of Pierre-Yves Formaz, CFA, as Senior Investment Manager, Sohaila Elshater, as Head of Operations, Liza Ragheb, our Senior Representative, Dr. Jeannine Ameri, as Chief Compliance & Risk Officer, and Nada Saoudi, our Junior Investment Advisor. We provide discretionary and advisory mandates to High and Ultra-High Net Worth Individuals, as well as corporate clients, mainly based in the Middle East. Before establishing FormInvest AG, Pierre-Yves Formaz worked for 22 years at a large international bank in Switzerland. In his Private Banking functions, his focus was on the Middle East region, particularly Egypt, providing wealth management and investment banking services covering HNWI, UHNWI as well as corporate clients.
