N2shape was founded in 1994 by Ellen Yates: Prior to this, she received a degree in Exercise Science & Business; and designed & directed fitness programs & facilities for the federal government (the US Department of Agriculture & the US Capitol Police) and the American Council on Exercise (formerly the IDEA Foundation). N2shape offers personalized exercise and medical fitness programs to ages 40+ and to the elderly at their facility in Tysons Corner, in the home or residence, at the workplace or virtually. Although still involved in the business, Ms Yates, spends the majority of her time, speaking to groups and promoting exercise, as the answer to health, happiness & longevity.
