www.dgparchitects.comDalgliesh Gilpin Paxton Architects continues the legacy of its founder, renowned architect and preservationist Milton Latour Grigg, FAIA. Prior to establishing his practice in Charlottesville, Virginia, in 1933, Mr. Grigg worked on the initial restoration of Colonial Williamsburg. Our designs respond to each client’s unique site, program, and budget, while respecting the surrounding natural and built environment. We integrate architecture, interior design, landscape, and craftsmanship to create timeless buildings with an abundance of natural light and strong connections to the outdoors. The Dalgliesh Gilpin Paxton team, which includes LEED accredited professionals, is committed to the highest standards of energy efficiency and sustainability. Our designs address clients’ priorities by creating comfortable and efficient structures that can achieve net-zero designation through advanced building technologies, high performance envelopes, and renewable energy systems. Bob Paxton, Roger Birle, Eric Amtmann, and Garett Rouzer are the principals of this diverse architectural practice. Complemented by the talents of project architects and interior designers, one or more principals lead each project. We welcome the opportunity to be a part of your team.
