Our team of professionals manage and rent, an exclusive portfolio of 115 luxury serviced residences offering a daily bed capacity of 274 and achieving an average paying guests occupation rates in excess of 78% in 2017. By the end of 2018 our accommodation capacity will double in size with the arrivals of new contracted projects totalling more than 230 residences.
