Volunteer Erosion Control, LLC was established to serve the needs of East Tennessee's rapidly growing economy. Our primary focus is to deliver professional erosion and sediment control services at affordable prices. We are certified DBE by the TN Governor's Office of Diversity Business, classified as an SBE. We are a licensed and insured contractor that can provide a variety of services to meet the needs of utilities, government agencies, industrial facilities, contractors and homeowners. Our company has been servicing customers since its original year of existence in 2005. Today, Volunteer Erosion Control provides customers with a variety of materials and services. We self perform 90 percent of all our contracts. We make sure that full time staff members are on your project from start to finish. We strive for 100 percent customer satisfaction. Our customer support and service are always available and very responsive. We make it our goal to fix any and all problems quickly and professionally. We warranty our work and will do whatever it takes to make our customers happy, no matter what the cost is. We provide all crew leaders with cell phones so they can be reached at any time without delays. We also have GPS tracking on all vehicles and equipment. This allows us to mobilize quicker and more efficiently as needed. Our company president is personally involved in all operations and can be reached by phone at any time.
