OG Fitness is a training gym for all women. OG Fitness Training specializes in all levels of physical development. The small group workouts offer members an opportunity to get fit while encouraging each other to lift more, do more reps and move faster! Founder, Nancy Rice has a U.S. Navy background as a Physical Readiness Training Coordinator. While in the Navy she exceeded the female physical fitness standards. She is a Certified Personal Trainer. All combined, she has almost 15 years experience. The workouts are custom designed by Nancy Rice: ACT - Active Cardio Training 30-minute of metabolic cardio training. Intended to build cardio performing functional body movements. Body strength and light resistant interval training recommended for beginners to intermediate level. HEAT - High Endurance Athletic Training 40-minutes of high Intensity interval training made up of moderate to advanced compound movements. Body strength and light to heavy added resistant. Recommended for intermediate to advanced level. SIT - Strength Interval Training 40- minutes of intense interval weight training designed to increase your muscle strength. OG Fitness is not your traditional fitness center stuffed with machines, and boring repetition. Nancy is like an artist and the gym is her canvas. No two workouts are alike!
