The Consulate General of Mexico in San Francisco is a consular mission representing the Government of Mexico in northern California and the state of Hawaii. It is one of ten consular missions in the State of California that provides consular services to Mexican citizens and visa services to foreign nationals. The Consulate also works to strengthen the expression of Mexico’s cultural identity, safeguard and guarantee its national interests and security based on the Constitutional principles of foreign policy. The Consulate's California jurisdiction includes the following Counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco, Sonoma, San Mateo, Solano, Napa, Marin, Mendocino, Lake, Humboldt, Hawaii, Del Norte and Trinity
