I'm experienced in helping people who struggle with excessive worry, overwhelm, and depression, especially as these symptoms impact self-esteem, relationships and workplace routines. I've worked extensively with LGBTQIA-identified clients and offer support for recovery from substance abuse and complex trauma, as well as patterns of sexual or romantic behavior that are troubling to clients.
