Welcome to Mindot! We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that’s for youth, by youth. We provide educational content, programs, networking and a brilliant community to build powerful young leaders by bridging the gap between education in the classroom and real world opportunities. We envision a world where the youth of the future are equipped with the tools, mentors, and a collaborative community to find their purpose and work towards achieving their dreams. With that in mind, we’ve set our 3 strategic priorities: 1. Career Readiness: We strive to provide young leaders with the tools, skills, and mentors they need to succeed. 2. Life Skills: In an interconnected society driven by technology, young professionals require a different set of skills than generations prior. We develop their skills in leadership, negotiation, public speaking, empathy, creativity, collaboration, and problem solving. 3. Diversity & Inclusivity: We strive to empower equality in all of our opportunities and experiences to help progress a world in which discrimination doesn’t limit potential. We have partnered with more than 75 of the most influential companies, government agencies, and world leaders to: - Unleash students’ talents in order to find and connect with their purpose - Get them inspired and motivated - Empower their voices so they believe in the potential that resides within them - Help them hone their skills and recognize their dreams in order for them to pave their own path in life; whether it be their dream job or creating their own businesses.
