Our company specializes in creating effective IT consulting teams across wide variety of industries (Biotech, Engineering, Finance, Management, Oil & Gas). We have an international team (~120 engineers) with offices located in Russia, Latvia, Vietnam and USA. Our main expertise includes software development, quality assurance, user experience design, development and production operations, information security, along with startup enabler competences. Our firm belief in the importance of close dialogue between the client and the engineer without an intermediate layer has been at the heart of our business since 2005, when it was founded. The same is true of our flat organization philosophy, which enables us to deliver efficiently and enjoy our work. This way of thinking has helped QuantumSoft to grow from a little software studio in a small Siberian city to become an international company with offices across the globe.
