Samyang Valve Co. is the parent company focused on manufacturing control valves and providing comprehensive solutions for plumbing and mechanical needs in residential and commercial buildings. 2. Samyang Arca is a joint venture company between Samyang Valve Co. of Korea and Arca of Germany. It produces high pressure / high temperature industrial-grade control valves for power plants, refineries and other manufacturing facilities. 3. SEM System focuses on manufacturing manifolds and providing water distribution needs in individual residential and commercial units in buildings. 4. Eco Enerdigm is another joint venture company with an Italian company called RDZ. It specializes in designing and providing radiant heating and cooling systems in buildings. 5. GS Valve Engineering is a German engineering company, which specializes in custom-designing turbine by-pass valves for the power industry clients.
