Out of Step Books Publishing was founded in 2011 by Steve and Jinxi Caddel. As a longtime author and editor working within the art industry, Jinxi has written, edited, and/or curated 22 books to date. The team's passion for art and books, as well as their respect for the artists, enthusiasts, and collectors within that creative world, were the driving forces behind the inception of the company. With Jinxi heading up the creative side of the company, Steve manages the business side of things, and they employ a small crew of designers and associate editors that help to bring each book projects to life. Out of Step Books prides itself on the high standards of the publications that it produces, both in content and quality of production. They are dedicated to providing readers with inspirational and informative art books that include distinct designs and excellent editorial.
