As our name suggests, we only practice Family Law. We are due to open our office in Uddingston, Scotland on 8th January 2018. Whilst we will be based in Uddingston we will offer our family law services Scotland wide. We have vast experience in all areas of family law including Divorce (Contested/Uncontested), Financial Provision on Divorce, Financial Agreements following separation, Pre-Nuptial Agreements (Marriage/Cohabitation), Cohabitation claims, Separation, Residence/Contact/Relocation re children and Adoption. We are a modern firm and use LawWare as our case management software. We offer FaceTime/Skype appointments too. Where we are different is the way our fees are charged. Our time is charged on an ACTUAL time basis rather than the industry standard UNIT time basis (1 unit=6 minutes). So a 2 minute called costs 2 minutes, rather than 1 unit. We believe this is fairer for clients. (We do not offer Legal Aid). We do offer referral fees for client introductions so please bear us in mind. As a new business, we are keen to make as many connections as possible with a view to assisting those requiring family law services.
