Willow Tree Yoga is an intimate and welcoming studio, nestled in the heart of Bardonia, Rockland County NY (between Nanuet & New City). At Willow Tree Yoga, all people, regardless of experience, ability, size or any other distinction are equally welcomed and supported on the journey of health and self-discovery through the many classes we offer. All our teachers are highly qualified and trained with National Yoga Alliance Certification at the 200 hour level or higher. Safety of our students is our number 1 priority.
