Thistle Draftshop is a craft beer bar and restaurant with 60 taps and a great selection of wine, cider, mead, and beer to-go. Our focus is to support all of the amazing breweries around the country and to bring some of Houston’s downtown culture out to the suburbs. Our Chef has done an amazing job cooking up modern fare for our menu. Every item is as bold as it is delicate creating a symphony in your mouth with every bite.
