MTCO Holdings Inc. is a developer and operator of seniors housing communities throughout Ontario. MTCO is involved in the full range of development and operational activities on every project, from land acquisition through development and construction. We oversee the consultant team and construction manager through design development and the municipal approval process, as well as the construction phase. We are also responsible for managing all aspects of the operations and marketing of each project, starting with the pre-opening sales.
