We work with developers to undertake what is required of them by the Strata Titles Act 1998, including • preparing first by-laws which allow us to conduct business electronically • arranging the strata insurance once cover under the builder's contract works ceases • running the first AGM while the developer is sole member of the body corporate to put things in place ready for settlement of the contracts • setting up body corporate budgets • liaising with real estate agents, purchasers and lawyers • providing documentation required for settlement of the contracts We help developers set up bodies corporate ready for their purchasers, so they know exactly what to expect, and who to come to for anything they need. Our ethos is all about creating and nurturing a great culture in the properties we manage, which we believe is one of the key aspects of our successful retention rate. One of our directors, Sally Bevis, is also an insurance broker, with more than 25 years’ experience in the insurance industry.
