The spirit of cross-system collaboration is central to Rulo Strategies’ mission and is captured in my company’s name. In 1880, John Venn developed what has become known as the Venn diagram to illustrate the relationship between two or more data sets. The place where three or more data sets overlap or intersect in the middle of a Venn diagram is known as the Reuleaux triangle. Rulo Strategies is inspired by the idea that the space in the middle that cuts across discipline and ideology is where communities will find the solutions to the most pressing criminal justice and behavioral health challenges they are facing.
